Ascent Healthcare Solutions leads the medical device industrys development of more sustainable and responsible solutions in healthcare. Our continued growth has created another opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona for a Customer Integration Manager.
The Customer Integration Manager (CIM) role requires an individual with extensive business management experience, analytical reporting and developing customer relationships. As a CIM, you will work simultaneously with hospital partners and Account Managers to analyze and increase cost savings as well as reduce their environmental footprint.
Job Requirements
- Work with field team and hospital partners to execute cost savings initiatives and ensure customer satisfaction
- Utilize relational databases to develop comparative trending, analyze assigned account base data and identify growth opportunities
- Recognize and resolve supply chain barriers and develop methods for optimization
- Manage customer orders within assigned account base
- Perform targeted supply chain analyses to improve and optimize savings and increase revenue
- Participate in district forecasting and strategize with field team to develop targeted approaches to achieve goals
- Lead procurement improvement processes to enhance sell through opportunities
- Manage inventory levels at Cardinal Health and Owens & Minor distribution partner warehouses and lead activities necessary to maintain proper DIOH
- Confident and effective in verbal communication, presentation development and delivery
- Travel required to work with field resources and hospital partners can be up to 25%
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Business, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of recent internal account management and supply chain experience or 2 years of recent sales, market, or business analysis experience.
- Experience with JD Edwards, Business Objects, or similar ERP software is required
